Federal Minister for defence production Sardar Abdul Qayyum Khan Jatoi has said ," we would raise voice if the clause of Seraiki province was not inducted in constitutional amendment," It was a golden chance for the PPP Government to create a federating unit to lessen the load of administration on Punjab but it lost this chance,". Talking to newsmen at the residence of Syed Nazim Shah he said that PPP was hesitating to take bold step in this regard due to the pressurec of establishment. He said that Pakistan should talk to United state and other countries in its own interest and it should build pressure on friends of Pakistan for the release of aid to fight a war against terrorism.He said that we have lost a lump of wealth on this war besides martyrdom of innocent people and securitymen but we got only a loaf of bread.He said that Seraiki province was a demand of 50 million seraiki speaking people and This would protect the rights of remoted region besides strengthening and stabilising the country.He said that Seraiki zone was kept backward and less-developed deliberately and this practice was continue for the last 50 years.He said that United States had ever utilised the dictators for its benefit but now this mistake should not be repated by an elected Government.
